Product information > LASHING SOCKET automatic welding device for PCTC |
 |
| More than 50,000 lashing sockets are welded in order to manufacture automobile transport ships. Since the qualities of these welding processes are not consistent, it is becoming a serious issue in terms of construction period and cost. This device is developed to automatically weld lashing sockets with consistent high quality outcomes. By using centering template on the top of the lashing socket, magnet jig is pre-fixed to install torsion-type welding devices on top. The device is designed to automatically weld lashing sockets using the torsion-type welding devices on top of the magnet apparatus. Since magnet jig can be installed continuously to the next lashing socket, continuous welding operations may be possible in many worksites. Such advantages will lead to improved manufacturing rate as well as significantly improved welding quality. The weight of our welding device is minimized to 5kg to minimize user fatigue during the use. Also, a fixed control box is installed to the wire feeder carrier for easy portability during the operations. |
